Books: You can place orders directly through our website, Abebooks, Biblio or Global Book Mart. If you wish to purchase item(s) directly through us, you may use PayPal or send us an International Money Order. Please make International Money Orders in Canadian funds. We will ship the item(s) to you once the money order is received.

Cd Rom Career/WritingGuides: These items can only be purchased through our website by using PayPal or an International Money Order.
Magazines: Magazines can only be purchased through our website. Please use PayPal or send us an International Money Order. Please ensure that money orders are payable in Canadian funds. Item(s) will be shipped once payment is received.
Memorabilia: Memorabilia can only be purchased through our website. Use PayPal or send us an International Money Order. Please ensure that money orders are payable in Canadian funds. Item(s) will be shipped once payment is received.
Models: You may purchase models directly through "The Stone Cold Store" or through us. If purchasing through us, just use our PayPal account. Or if you prefer, send us an International Money Order payable in Canadian funds. Remember when you pay by International Money Order, we must receive the money order prior to us shipping you the item(s).
Canadian residents: we do not charge GST or PST on any of our items.
Refunds/Exchanges
We do our best to accurately describe our items. If you would like to see a picture of the item prior to purchase, please contact us.
Books: Refunds on books are provided. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and let us know the reason for return. The item must be returned to us within the same timeframe it took for you to receive it. We will refund the cost of the item and original shipping fees. Return shipping fees will only be reimbursed if there was an error on our part. For those paying by International Money Order, we will mail you an International Money Order in Canadian funds for your refund.
Cd Rom Career/WritingGuides: Refunds are not provided on cd roms. However, if the cd is defective, we will gladly provide you with a replacement at no charge. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item that it is defective. You must ship the original cd back to us within the same timeframe it took for you to receive it. The defective cd can be shipped "cod" as we will pay the return shipping charge.
Magazines: Refunds are not provided on magazines.
Memorabilia: Refunds are not provided on memorabilia.
Models: We do not provide refunds on model kits. All model kits are inspected prior to shipping to ensure all pieces are intact.
